Engage Group may have just started with the M-Space brand but it has quickly found itself producing more diverse offerings to the communities we invest in.
In the short span Engage has been operating, we have already produced numerous small scale “M-Space” industrial developments, increased our expertise to large scale commercial spaces, developed creative and flexible retail and office spaces, land subdivisions, and facilitated bespoke buildings to offer full service to our clientele.
In early 2017 Engage Group identified a trend of small businesses seeking to purchase small commercial/warehouse spaces as opposed to leasing existing warehouse/commercial stock. Engage created a brand called M-Space which aimed to fill this niche and sought to provide the next generation of multi-use commercial space. Since early 2017 Engage has created four separate M-Space developments at North Lakes, Wynnum, Morningside and Queenstown in New Zealand. These developments have all been designed with flexibility in mind to cater for private individuals and small business requirements.
Currently in development, Engage Group is breaking ground in Richlands for a new major retail precinct bringing new opportunities for bigger, established brands to enter new markets around Brisbane.
Engage Group completed in 2019 a 1500sqm Showroom for Total Tools, leading the large format retailers at Richlands Central.
Repco will be the second national retailer at Richlands Central opening in 2020 in to a brand new 700sqm space.
Office and retail spaces are the cornerstone of any community, providing space for critical needs and services. Engage Group is always looking to provide these highly sort after facilities to any development, whether it be Childcare Centres, Medical orientated office buildings or Retail Shopping precincts.
Engage Group has been involved in providing flexible uses to its clientele by completing various land subdivisions. In Queenstown, New Zealand, we have successfully given local businesses the opportunity to design purpose built facilities and for investors to support these local businesses with leased investments or land purchases.
Location
Engage Group started life in the leafy green suburbs of Hawthorne, Brisbane. It was founded with a core focus of creating successful and demand/community led developments. This cornerstone has led to us grow from development to development through out the greater Brisbane area. It didn’t take long before international aspirations were recognised and developments were established in Queenstown, New Zealand.
Today, we tackle new challenges daily looking for and delivering new opportunities to communities around us.
